I am looking for a roommate to join me in a fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in Elephant & Castle.

The location is super convenient with Tube station 2 mins away (access to Bakerloo and Northern lines). Sainsburys and Pret at the bottom of the building and a fantastic gym and swimming pool are right next door.

Carpet, king size bed, mattress, and wardrobe in the room are all brand new. Study desk in room
You will have your own private bathroom.

All utility bills, council tax and a regular cleaner are an additional £150 per month.
