Double room + En Suite+ Balcony

Hi there,

My flat is a new build: modern, clean, warm and everything works. I'm looking for a single occupant to take one double bedroom. The other bedroom is occupied by a single tenant.

The location is fantastic (5 mins walk from Kennington and Elephant & Castle; 1 min walk to bus stop & Santander Cycles), the area is very up-and-coming, and the communal garden has table tennis :)

Both rooms are large doubles, with modern furniture, plenty of storage space, and each room has its own loo, bathroom and shower.

I'm looking for a tenant who is kind, honest and tidy. Ideally I'd like a young professional who will be respectful of the living space, even better if they are homeowners themselves.

I keep the flat tidy and well looked after - when it comes to cleaning, I am flat proud and tidiness is important to me, so please only apply if you are tidy yourself.

I live outside the UK so the current tenant will be vetting new applicants and helping make the final decision.
