About the house:
The house is a beautiful and fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 ensuite bathroom, +1 additional toilet, 5-floor townhouse.

There is a large open plan lounge/dining room, a seperate laundry room and kitchen which is fully kitted out with appliances including a dishwasher and an electric hot water tap.

There is a private garden backing onto a gated street which is great for entertaining and has space available to park 1 car.
Each person has their own floor with their bedroom and bathroom so really gives that balance of complete privacy.

Your room:
Your floor provides you with a nice sized room with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a seperate room for you to use as you wish! It is currently set up as an office with a sofa bed for guests to stay.
The room comes with a double bed and TV. The rest of the furniture can be agreed with the current housemate if wanted.

The area:
The house is a short walk to the bars and restaurants in Bermondsey Steet, Elephant Park, and the Mercato Metropolitano. Also a short walk to London Bridge and Borough Yards/Market.

Great transport links and proximity to central London.

A bit about us:
Daniel has his own small business. He spends a lot of his free time rock climbing around Europe and going to concerts and gigs.
Sheneen works in HR for a Media company and likes to be active, finding new activities to try and just enjoying London life.

We are pretty social with the odd dinner party and BBQs when we can,

It would be great to find someone who will enjoy the combination of private and shared space, fitting in well with the great house vibe. You will be replacing Karl who is moving out to live with his partner, his cooking skills will be greatly missed!
