Looking for 2 new housemates - professionals, not students!

2 of our housemates are moving out, so we have 2 double rooms available from the 9th of June. The contract will be a 6 month fixed term tenancy, starting on the 9th of June. Bills are not included (they are £130 pcm extra per person atm).

It's a 4 bed terraced house, with a living room, kitchen w/ washer and dryer, and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor.

The house is on a quiet road with excellent commuter options into central London - bus stops round the corner and 15 minute walk to Elephant & Castle Tube/Trains. Average 30-40 minute commute to Soho/Oxford Circus, buses run 24/7. Aldi and big Tesco 5 minute walks away.

We're super chill housemates, both musical, so there is sometimes a little bit of sound during the day if someone is practicing etc. but generally a relaxing and respectful environment.
