Looking for someone to sublet in SE London

NB: personal items will be gone

I have had to relocate for work and am looking for someone CLEAN AND KIND🩷 to sublet this lovely sunny room in SE. Located just 12 mins by foot to elephant and castle station, it is a beautiful and well-located place. You will be sharing with two lovely girls, one finishing her Masters in Physio in September and one who has just finished a BA in Marketing. The two most important things in this household are cleanliness and respect. It is a beautiful flat (especially the kitchen) and we are very busy people who value coming back to a nice clean flat. We have a lovely time cooking and chatting in the kitchen, but also respect our need for quiet time and though we love dinners etc, are not a party house. Though we don’t have a strict rota we all take care of our things and split bills each month. Both girls are very kind and social and would welcome you warmly!

(note- from July the flat is Council tax band C - if you are not a student)
