We are Marica 32y italian who works as hairdresser, Adrian 29y Spanish who works in hospitality and a lovely 1y old cat named Lola. She is really friendly cat and gets along with everyone.
We are looking for a flatmate, in they mid-late 20s to fill a room as our third flatmate is moving out. The flat is 10 min walk to Elephant and castle station
5min to Morrison
5min to Poundland
We'are looking for someone friendly, fun, CLEAN and TIDY, laid back that is social and also independent, who wants the place to feel like home.
We keep things pretty clean and tidy and is definitely NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
