The spacious room comes fully furnished (bed, wardrobe and chest of draws), there is also the possibility to have the desk, bedside table and bookshelf if interested. The room has views looking out onto the local park next to us.

The flat has a very spacious kitchen/living room area, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one person as the third bedroom is en suite.

About us: You'll be living with Eliana (23) working in sustainability consulting, and Zac (27) who works in hospitality.

As we both work full-time we like having a clean and relaxed flat to come back to. We do enjoy a social trip together to the pub, but we’re often doing our own thing as well.

Rent: 850 + Bills (approx £100 inc council tax)

You will be joining our existing 1 year lease for the remaining 6 months as our previous housemate is moving in with her partner - however there should be the option for contract renewal November 2024.
