My name is Julie and I've lived here for two years and my flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a like-minded person to take her place. I'm clean, organised and friendly. I'm sociable and easy to get along with but not a big party animal. I am a full time paralegal working in a city law firm. Having a swimming pool, a steam room and a gym definitely helps to unwind after a long day. Just to mention that the flat is facing a rail line and you can hear the trains go pass but it is not that bad and it's pretty much inactive over night and you do get used to it very quickly.

LAYOUT: 2 bed, 2 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/diner

LOCATION: 1minute walk to Elephant & Castle Tube station. 10-15minutes walk to Waterloo, Borough, London Bridge.

CONTRACT PROCESS
(UK residents): As this will be a legal contract set up through City Docklands estate agent, the agency requires you to undergo a credit check (if you have a minimum salary of £26K) or have a guarantor (e. g. parents) who will undergo a credit check on your behalf.

(International occupants): If you are coming from outside the UK with no previous history of renting in the UK, you will require either a UK citizen to act as your guarantor or pay a minimum of 6 months rent up front.
