A room has become available in our friendly household!

The room is bright and light with direct access out onto the patio and garden and comes fully furnished (double bed, desk, bookshelf, lamp and wardrobe).

The flat is perfect for professionals or students as it is located within a 5 minute walk of UAL, the LCC, Southbank University and is just a 20 minute walk to London Bridge. You also benefit from all of the transport links that Elephant and Castle has to offer (Thameslink, underground Zone 1 and many Boris Bikes).

There are currently 5 people in the house (3 guys and 2 girls) and the rooms are split over two levels. There is a well equipped kitchen and cosy communal area.

There are two bathrooms and as this room is on the ground floor your bathroom is shared with just one other flatmate.

We are also a pet friendly household - with room for a dog as I will be taking mine with me!

Bills (electricity, council tax, water, internet, gas) are split evenly between the house and come to approximately £60 per month on average. Rent is payable monthly to our very friendly Landlord.
