The room is for one person only. Please note this is a 3 bedrooms flatshare. You will be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen.

The bedroom is large (14 sq meter or 150 sq ft.) and partially furnished with a bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. I can be flexible if you wish to bring your own furniture , ex. bed/mattress, or remove existing ones.

All utilities bills are included in the price so there's no surprise:

The nearest train station is Eltham on southeastern rail.
