The flat has been newly refurbished (in the last two years). There is a a toilet, and a toilet with shower room. In addition, there's a large storage room, and a up-to-date kitchen.
The room available to rent is a single room, fully furnished. A desk, book shelf, single bed, bedside table and a large wardrobe.
The two girls living there are UCL students, who are very friendly.
The location is fantastic - just off Euston Station it's very central and has fantastic transport links.
