I'm moving out of my house share in a few weeks and am looking for someone to take my double room in a newly renovated 3-bedroom flat in Finchley Central. I wish I wasn’t leaving, but I have to for work.

The flat is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to Finchley Central station, with direct trains to Camden, Kings Cross St Pancras, Angel, London Bridge, Battersea Power Station and Clapham Junction. Lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and gyms within a 2-10 walk, and a big Tesco 3 min walk away. Additionally, there's multiple green spaces, parks and tennis courts 10 min walk away.

You'll be joining a relaxed household with two lovely girls, Tahlia (25) and Hannah (27) who are super friendly, easy-going, and sociable. They very much respect each other’s space but also enjoy socialising. They love a chat and a household dinner at the pub, but also respect and value personal space and time to themselves.

Ideal Tenant:
We're looking for someone around the same age bracket (25-28) who is easy-going, friendly, and clean. No couples and no pets, please.

Rent and Utilities:
Rent is £800 per month, with an additional £65 for bills. Bills tend to decrease in the summer months.

Lease Terms:
Minimum stay is 2 months, with no maximum stay.

Reference checks required, must earn minimum £25,000 annually to pass affordability test with letting agency.
