Cosy central room - 625£

Hi,

My name is Maria and I will be going on an amazing work experience, moving to Amsterdam from June 2024 and therefore my cosy garden facing room will be available for rent.

We are three young international girls each one from a different country and we get along really well. We often times plan activities together and you can find us having a regular strolls at the park.

Our flat is small but cosy with a massive garden (a luxury in London!). Please note that there is no living room.

The flat is located 6min walk from the tube, train, bus and 3min walk for all other amenities (Lidl, pharmacy etc) but also hidden in a nice calm street.

On top of the rent we usually pay each 70£ of bills each month (internet, water, council tax band, other small necessities). For electricity we pay every 3 months according to the meter readings.
If you are happy with it and because the room came with almost no furniture I would ask for an 150£ corresponding to the investment I have done in the room in terms of furniture and storage.
