Our properties bright and airy being split on the upper floors. The hallways are really spacious with cosy flooring and there’s a nice colour pastel theme running right the way through.

It’s a Victorian home so original features with high ceilings!

The bedroom is massive (5.16 m x 3.73 m) having wooden flooring & bright with double windows looking out, high ceiling, a decent John Lewis bed with a Flaxby mattress (£800 worth, in great condition)

There’s a massive inbuild wardrobe unit, with sliding doors, comprising of chest of drawers, rail to hang your clothes, storage compartments and the unit itself runs from the floor to ceiling!

The kitchen/ dining space has a huge fridge/ freezer, washing machine, oven/ induction cooker and ample storage space for our personal/ shared items.

• There is an iron and ironing board which can be used too.

The bathroom is shared between us, having a towel radiator, mirrored cabinet & shower over bath

All bills are included except for gas/ electric. The monthly amount will be approx £40 per person per month, can be slightly more in the colder months and the total will be split between the 3 of us)

Location/ transport:

We’re within a 3 min walk of Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly Lines), connecting you to some of Central London’s most popular spots in 11 mins (door to Kings Cross) & Moorgate (City) 21 mins journey door to door.

If you’re looking to meet friends in Camden, there’s regular buses running. The 25 & 253 buses run to Camden within 24 mins (door to door)

Amenities:

For green spaces, Finsbury Park is a 4 min walk & Highbury Fields is under a 20 mins walk if you like outdoor workouts/ fitness camps or if you want to hit some Tennis!

Woodberry Wetlands Nature Reserve (great spot for climbing) & The Castle Canoe Club are a short walk away or you can have a coffee/ breakfast at The Coal House café with the views!)

For gym goers, Pure Gym (chain) is within a 5 mins walk.

There’s several independent cafes on the Blackstock Road inc Salt the Radish! (within a short walk), a well rated Thai restaurant called Farang (check them out on Google!), organic food markets & also a Lidl for your bakery needs.

There’s a laundrette within a short walk, where you can wash/ dry.

Lidl (5 mins walk) & a Sainsbury Local (5 mins walk)

Stoke Newington is within a short distance (under 20 mins walk) if you like evenings out with some great bars/ bistros there for nightlife.
