About the room
Lovely double room on the ground floor of the property with high Victorian ceilings. An openable double glazed door overlooking the garden. Built in wardrobe and shelves, so plenty of room for storage! The room includes bare basics of furniture but also there is lots of potential to make it your own.

About the house
The house boasts two kitchens (one large on the ground floor; the other small kitchen is situated on the first floor). There are two bathrooms (on the ground and first floors) with an additional lavatory on the first floor.
About your flatmates
The existing housemates are 5 charming young professionals - 3 men and 2 ladies (ages 25-35).
Between us, we work in music journalism, film and hospitality. We are all pretty chilled out, respectful, sociable, funny, clean and tidy. We all lead our own lives but like to socialise together too. We like the house to feel like home. We are sharing a cleaner once every two weeks to help keeping the place tidy. We do have a dog, so big plus if you love dogs too x

About you
We are ideally looking for a young professional between 25-38, either male or female. We would like someone in full-time employment, clean, respectful, sociable, fun and easy-going.

About the bills
Gas and electricity combined comes to around
£15-£40per month per person; season-dependent. On average it is about £50pp in bills on top of your rent. One month's security deposit is required. You will have to be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months and it is a rolling contract thereafter (one month's notice required).
