I've found this great flat available in the Finsbury Park/Stoke Newington Area. There are three rooms in total, so I'm looking for two more people to buddy-up with before getting in touch with the letting agency!
The rent would be £881 each (without bills), and the flat is available from 11th June. It looks like there's a huge living room,
front and back balconies overlooking Clissold Park, and is 15 mins walk from Manor House & Finsbury Park stations and 25 mins from the overground. If you're interested, hopefully we can arrange to go and look around soon!
A bit about me: I'm Rory, 24, and I work for the civil service. my current flatmates (a couple) are moving in together, so i'm looking for another sociable flatshare - ideally one where people are keen to hang out in the evening, the occasional weekend activity/going out, etc. I usually work from home 2 days a week, and a In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends, reading, and going on walks/hikes or exploring new areas of London.
