Hi,

I have 2 rooms available in a cosy flat based in Finsbury Park.
The property is a 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park with access to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines.
There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance from the property and it's generally a nice and safe area.

I'm currently a tenant in this property and I'm looking for 2 additional tenants that are clean and considerate.

Room 1

This room is the biggest room available. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Rent is £702 plus an additional £150 for bills.

Deposit is 1 month's rent plus £766 security deposit.

Room 2

This room is quite small, but does still come fully furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. There is a small built-in wardrobe also included in the room.

Rent is £688 plus an additional £150 for bills.
