Lovely 1 bed flat in Stroud Green Finsbury Park

I'm looking to rent out my lovely home for a couple of months as I go travelling. There is some flex in the dates so happy to discuss. All bills are included which includes a bi-weekly cleaner.

The flat is done to a really good standard, it has everything you could need and is really spacious. Perhaps I'm biased as it is my flat! But I really hope the flat will be enjoyed and also looked after! I'm not a normal landlord, just looking to cover my outgoings as I go travelling.

The area is amazing, lots of bars, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, climbing centre and resevoir for swimming. We have friendly neighbours. It feel like a proper community. There is a large shared garden, so summer BBQs are an option here!

Both Finsbury park tube, train station and crouch hill over ground are less than a 10 min walk.

The flat is available from mid June to the end of August. There is flex in this and happy to discuss.
