The bright and beautiful Victorian house provides ample living and relaxation space with double Living/Dining room - supplemented by high ceilings and ornate features, in addition to a modern extended kitchen/diner. The bi-folding doors to the rear lead to a very decent garden space with BBQ, pizza oven and even a few live strawberries which should be harvesting in time for you moving in!
The first room (£900pcm) is furnished and comprises a larger area for a double bed, with a 'roof terrace' - not legit but can be accessed through climbing the window.
The second room (£1,100pcm) can be furnished or unfurnished, and comprises a large area for double bed, a study area and en-suite with matching w/c and shower in white suite. This is definitely more suitable for a couple than the first room.
Dragon Mansion is in a great location, just 5 mins walk from Crouch Hill and 15 minutes from Finsbury Park station. The Faltering Fullback is arguably the local - what's not to love.
Bills tend to come in around £135pcm but could change given the tariffs etc.
