The room is available as of today and I am looking for a new housemate that Ii get on with and wants to make the place their own home as well.
Offering 1 very large double bedroom with all period features (fireplace/sash windows etc.) retained within my two bedroom flat. It is available NOW and I'll consider either very short term lets (a few days even) to longer tenancies of months.
I bought the flat 6 years ago and my last tenant repatriated back to The States I now need a new relaxed, easy going housemate.
It is the top flat of a beautiful period victorian terraced house on one of the most desirable road in the area with Clissold and Finsbury Parks both on your doorsteps. This means the travel to any part of central London (The CIty, Covent Garden, and the West End,) is possible under 20 minutes.
Regarding rent this is subject to length of tenancy but around £720 INCLUDING ALL BILLS(SKY tv etc as well)
