There are two bathrooms and an additional loo on the ground floor, so no queues in the morning !

The room is spacious, light and overlooks the garden. Furniture is good quality, modern and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside, book case and workstation and chair.

Decent sized room and lots of shared space lend themselves to working from home comfortably.

Off Street Parking is available at the front of the house and is unrestricted in the surrounding streets.

You are likely to be a busy professional who wants to live somewhere relaxed, clean and friendly with people, who you can chat to/ socialise with if you feel like it, or have your own space when if you don't.

We accept a lower than average deposit.
