Chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and a desk. Bedroom has easy to use shutters that allow you to manage light and privacy easily. Room benefits from European King size 4 poster bed.

The house benefits from fast broadband and communal living room has Netflix, prime, Disney plus and sky TV with sports and films.

The house is also home to two cats (Shamu and Jam), numerous fish and a tortoise (Bravo). So it is essential to be cat friendly.

The house is on the Forest Hill and Sydenham border. It is quicker to get to Sydenham station - a nice walk through Mayow park. Bus stop for 75 is 3 minutes away and takes you to lewisham or Penge East in the opposite direction. The house is close to a large Sainsbury's and Aldi as well as other stores in Bell Green retail park..

The current household has two married couples living in the property. We are mostly out at work during the week.

Bathroom will be shared with one other couple and there is another bathroom if required. An office is available to be used as most of the household are out most the time. Kitchen has plenty of storage and there are two fridges and a freezer.

There is a spare bedroom that you can utilise if you would like to have occasional guests.

We are currently in the process of finding a cleaner who will cover communal areas once a week for 3 hours.
