looking for 3 or potentially 4 lovely London beans to join me here from mid-June. The flat is HMO licensed, so couples are welcome to keep the rent cheap n lovely. Rent for the flat as a whole is £2500: for couples, we will need to work out rent split thats fair to the rest of the flatmates.

I have been staying here since the beginning of March with the current tenants, and it's a lovely space, decent room size, lots of living space to spread out across the flat so never feels like we are living in each other's pockets.

VIBES:
Looking to cultivate a real sanctuary vibe here. LGBTQ+, Musicians, creatives & all-round sound & caring people welcome. I work long/unpredictable hours so not looking to cultivate a party space, but a calm, warm & welcoming space where the flat can come together as a whole for the occasional meal or movie night, but where folk are happy to do their own thing and live their own lives too. Would love more plants here so lots of green friends welcome 🌿🪴.

Flat is unfurnished but the current tenants may very well leave a few larger pieces of furniture behind: yet to be confirmed what these will be. A few pics here to give you an idea of room size and current vibe.

A little about me:
Im Hannah, 31yo queer person, very new to London after living in Glasgow for 11 years. Currently working as a freelance creative & keen to make some meaningful connections in London. I am a keen music & arts lover, I work at a few festivals over the summer and love exploring exhibitions, going to gigs and finding quirky events/markets. I love my home space to be a calm sanctuary: a space to come together, eat food & have the occasional movie night/games together, but space for everyone to do their own thing too. Keeping on top of cleaning in communal areas so we have a homely feeling flat is important to me too, so looking for folks who treat their space similarly.
