Large Double room in homely house in Forest Hill

Hey

I have a double room available in my house.

Room overlooks private garden so it's nice and quiet. I'm planning on buying some furniture like a chest of drawers and a desk but I thought I'd wait for the person moving in to decide what they need or in case they have their own.


Dining room and kitchen with a separate large living room. Big television, amazing washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, new oven and new dishwasher on the way.

Leafy garden with a chair swing which is a lovely place to sit and have a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A large attic for storage and a garden shed for bikes or anything.

There is a 3rd smaller bedroom which I'm thinking of keeping free for when friends or family come to stay.

Forest Hill overground 15 min walk away. Catford and Catford Bridge about 18 mins walk. Or a bus stop right outside.

I'm an actor (originally from the North East of England) and sometimes work in schools which means I have a DBS certificate I'm happy to share to prove I'm not a criminal 😳 Possibly a little OTT but we've all seen many true crime documentaries on Netflix!. If you have one as well, that's an added bonus.

It's the first time I've rented a room out so this is all new to me. I'm hopefully very considerate and want the housemate to feel completely at home and not like they're living in someone else's house.

Definitely not a party house. More of a dinner and drinks type of affair with the occasional bbq.
