Hi,
I have 1 double room available in a newly refurbished town house for short term let from 14th Sep 2015 for up to 3 months, I am flexible with the dates but minimum stay not less than 2 months.
The house was refurbished 2 years ago, everything has been kept in good standard. The room has double bed, chest drawers, wardrobe & bedside table. Three people share the bathroom and there is an extra W. C.. The house has a driveway and built-in garage so parking and suitcase storage can be available.
The house is located on a quiet and pretty street about 5 minutes walk to Forest Hill station and 2 minutes to bus stop on the main road (185, 122).
The rent include council tax, water, electricity, gas, virgin TV, internet and weekly cleaning.
We are friendly and very easy to get on with but not party animal, ideally you will be similar and respectful during the short stay. Please feel free to give me a call or text if you are interested, and you are welcome to visit the house.
Sorry but it's not suitable for couple or DSS.
