Large furnished double room in Forest Hill

Due to work I'm unfortunately having to move from this great, double room in Forest Hill. It's a really big room, equipped with double bed, built in wardrobes and bedside drawers. There’s also plenty of space for additional furniture.

You'd be living with two lovely guys - my cousin Nitesh and our friend Pietro, both working professionals. There are also two friendly cats that live here, Timba and Negra.

There is ample communal space, with a decent sized living room opening onto a huge patio and garden, with BBQ and patio seating. The kitchen has an electric hob and double oven. A new toilet and bathroom suite is in the process of being fitted.

The room is to individuals only.

It's a very sociable and friendly house, and we'll occasionally spend an evening together over a bottle of wine.

In terms of location, it’s a 3 minute walk from Forest Hill station (zone 3), which is on the Overground, and there are direct trains into London Bridge and Victoria. There are also direct buses to Peckham, Dulwich and Brixton.

Forest Hill has loads of lovely bars and cafes, a large Sainsbury's, a Co-op and there's a swimming pool, gym and library just down the road from the house.

The rent is £670 pcm + bills (approx £90 for everything), with references required. The room is available immediately.
