I'm looking for somebody to take over a large double bedroom at the front of a bright, spacious, high-ceilinged two bedroom ground floor flat in a converted Victorian house.

You'll be sharing the flat with an IT technician who loves to video game, and his cat Mogwai. We're looking for someone easy going who can appreciate a good balance between socialising privacy.

The room itself is about 25 square meters, with a nearly floor-to-ceiling bay window. As well as the bed, there is also a chest of drawers and a book case, as well as ample storage in the form of built in wardrobes, also floor to ceiling.

The shared lounge/dining room is equally spacious and opens in to the entrance hall of the flat as well as the kitchen and garden.

The bathroom has a full bathtub along with a shower, and the kitchen comes well equipped with a gas cooker and lots of storage space.

It's the perfect mix of well connected when you want to go in to town, yet quiet suburbia when you want a calm weekend to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The neighbourhood is well connected; within walking distance of Catford, Catford Bridge and Forest Hill stations with buses to central London just around the corner. In addition, the house is on a quiet side street a few minutes walk away from local shops.
