Double Room in a Sunny New House in Fulham

Hello, we are looking for someone to take the upper room in our lovely house with 3 lovely housemates: Harry, Ben and Bella.

THE HOUSE: located 10 minutes from Parsons Green Station and also 10 minutes from Putney Bridge Station. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with each person having their own private bathroom. There is a huge living room, a big kitchen, and a pretty nice garden! The house comes furnished and includes amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, etc.

THE BILLS: all of them are excluded, and it's an additional £150 per person (including everything: boradband, water, electricity, gas, council tax, etc) ☹️

THE HOUSEMATES: As for the current housemates, Room 1 is occupied by Bella, an Aussie girl working in fashion. Room 2 is occupied by Harry, a 28-year-old British/Australian working in engineering. Room 3 is occupied by francisco, another Engineer. Room 4 is the one available.

We're looking for someone clean and tidy who can fit into this pleasant environment we have created in the house.

THE ROOM: is priced at £1330 per month and includes an en-suite bathroom and 2 built-in wardrobes. It is a spacious room with a nice desk. It will be AVAILABLE ANY DAY AFTER 1st OF AUGUST 2024 (you can choose the move in day).
