I am very sad to be leaving this flat as it is quite a gem!

2 bed flat which is super well located as right in between Fulham Broadway, West Brompton and Parsons Green tube and train stations.
Walking distance to Chelsea, South Kensington, and Battersea.

Fulham is super nice and has a village feel to it with lots of cafes, restaurants, parks etc.

The flat is well taken care of and we would be looking for someone that is clean and respectful of the place to take this room.
The rent does not include bills and they usually are around 100-150£ per month.
We also have a weekly cleaner.

You would be living with the other current flatmate who is a lovely 40 years old professional woman who loves cooking, reading and vinyls.
