Looking for someone to take over my room in Fulham. This room is such a steal, very cheap and such a good location, nothing cheaper than this in Fulham!!
Taking over the Lease: You can start from June with the lease running till November, if you wanna extend, renewal is an option. To pass the background check of the landlords, an annual income of £20k is needed.
About the House: Such a good location, a very short stroll from West Brompton (district line), Earls Court (Piccadilly line), and Fulham Broadway stations. The other housemates all friendly and aged between 23 and 31. Everyone is super chill and mostly likes doing their own thing. A fortnightly cleaner is included. Also right off North End road, with heaps of shops and markets on the weekend.
About the Room: Fully furnished with a comfortable single bed, chest of drawers, and bedside table. There's a good amount of in built hanging space and additional storage above the door in the room and also in the living room if needed.
