To give you a little bit of background about us (as the landlords). We take on numerous properties in popular locations in London, spend some time (and money!) on making them wonderful homes and then go in search of lovely, working professionals looking for great new flatshares in the heart of the capital.

We’ve taken this house located near the popular Fulham/Parsons Green area and turned it into a home. We’ve had our team fix up all of the rooms and our weekly cleaner to make sure the standard is kept all year round.

There are 4 large double bedrooms, with their own lockable doors, TV with freeview and built in DVD player available in each room in this great flatshare.

The two tubes (Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway) and two over ground stations (Wandsworth Town and Imperial Wharf) all of which are a very short walk (less than 5-7 minutes), the river is a stone’s throw and bus links are excellent. Not to mention all of the restaurants, bars and shops close by.

We professionally manage the property ourselves and are flexible in length of lets. All bills are included (so you don’t have to worry about electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV license, wifi, cleaner, gardener etc!).
