We are looking for a nice couple or individual person to share our home located in a great area in Fulham. The room is spacious and has its own en-suite bathroom. We have a living room where we like watching movies together and the occasional glass of wine or a nice dinner. Going out together could be fun as well and if you have friends to invite over that's absolutely fine.
The location is convenient for bus (295, 28, 11, 22) or tube (fulham broadway 15mins walking) and Sainsburys is a 5 minutes walk away. Wholefoods just opened as well :)
The rent of GBP1, 000 would be for the entire room so if you are a couple you would spend GBP500 each. Bills are GBP160 per room per month (Including Sky, telephone, internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity). no agency involved, so no extra fees! :)
