Long or short term let in gorgeous location

We live in a lovely flat at the top end of the Wandsworth bridge rd.
My partner Sid is the live in landlord and we stay in the top bedroom (sid is away for the next 6 months) and we have our own bathroom. The floor below has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom, 1 bedroom is currently occupied by our lovely tenant, the 2nd bedroom (available) has a comfy double bed double very large wardrobe (loads of storage space.)
The bathroom is next door and has a good shower.
In the hallway we have our washing machine and seperate dryer both work brilliantly.
The large open plan kitchen and sitting room and has lots of Windows and let's in loads of light. There's a gas fire that heats up the sitting room very quickly and is so cosy on winters nights.
We have all the usual kitchen things + dishwasher. Gas hobs and electric oven.
The tv is wonderful (curved) we have sky and Xbox one which is included in your rent the broadband is also very good.
We have 2 dogs a gorgeous cocker spaniel and a cavalier King Charles spaniel and they are very sweet and we are very strict about barking so they are nice and quiet but Bruno will always welcome you and always want a cuddle!
He's also a great napping partner, Dyson is rather elderly and likes his own space but he might come over and want a pat.
We would welcome a tenant with a friendly, neutered dog. I'm a dog walker so I can also sort a deal to walk your dog too, it worked well with our last tenant.
The location is fantastic we are a short bus ride from the Kings rd, Clapham junc, Putney and Walking distance from Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green. We are surrounded by lovely parks and restaurants too.
As I mentioned before it's a wonderful flat especially if you really like dogs!
