Modern Double Room in Hammersmith

Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate from 12th June.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and large wardrobe (desk and shelving unit NOT included).

The room is situated on the first floor with a large open plan kitchen, and shared living room complete with a 42inch tv and bright modern decor.

The room comes with a communal bathroom which is shared with just one other flat mate.

There is a back garden complete with a coal barbecue and table and chairs set, ideal for a few drinks outside in the summer.

The house is located close to amenities (Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose) all within 30 seconds walking distance. Bars and pubs can be found along the river which is a 5 minute max walk away, and has well connected transports links via bus (bus stop right outside) as well as a 5-10 minutes walk to Hammersmith Tube Station (Piccadilly, district, circle, hammersmith & city lines).

You would be sharing the flat with 2 singles; Mikaila (Canadian) and myself (English).

The flat is very easy going and would be looking for someone social to move in (not just hide out in the room or keep themselves to themselves). At the same time we do take pride in keeping it clean and tidy and being respectful of each others work commitments.
