Large Double Room in Golders Green House

Hello! We are looking for a lovely guy or girl to join us in our friendly and spacious house!

🛌 We have a very large double room available relatively newly renovated house. It comes furnished with:

- double bed with mattress
- 2 built in wardrobes with additional under bed storage

🛁 You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person

We have a shared living room, huge separate dining room, kitchen and spare bedroom (you can use as your office and/or for occasional guests), bathroom, downstairs toilet and a front balcony and back terrace! Honestly there’s so much space and great in summer ☺️

We are approx a 10 min walk from Golders Green station on the Northern line, but with the bus stop right outside ours you can be there in 3-5mins. Buses also go to West Hampstead, Finchley Road and central London.

You'll be living with Yssy and Sophie, in a very chilled house, looking for someone who is independent but will also enjoy a good catch up on the sofa or in the kitchen!

Essentials:

- Rent is £845 per month
- Bills are approx. £110-170 per month
- Move in date from mid-June
