LOCATION:

Art deco building equidistant between East Finchley, Golders Green and Finchley Central tube station in a nice quiet area.

Based next to the North Circular (for those lucky enough to drive, there is also free space to park on the road) but the flat is shielded from the traffic noise.

Close to a large park, a wood and free tennis courts for those summer fitness plans!

Several bus routes nearby, including:

Buses take about 5 mins to get to either branch of the Northern line.

AMENITIES:

Big Sainsbury's next to Golders Green Station, and Tesco on the way to Finchley Central.

A few minutes walk away from M&S Food and Waitrose.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is short bus journey from right outside the flats.

There are some great eateries and delis along the high street and near to Golders Green, and a few nice pubs near to East Finchley.

FLATMATES:

The flat is shared with two other young professionals, and has a private landlord who is quick to fix any problems.

We've been friends for a few years, so we enjoy spending time together in the shared areas, but respect each others' space. One works in a school, and the other works for a charity, so we're an approachable sort!

We are looking for a friendly, tidy person to take the room, who is more than welcome to join to us for a movie night and occasional wine.

BILLS:

Not included, but are £90 a month including Council Tax and wifi.

The room is available from 30 May, as the current tenant is moving in with her partner.
