Double room in Golders Green for 3 months...

Double room for rent in a quiet house in Golders Green for just over 3 months; November- mid February while I'm away. All bills included. It costs me more than I'm asking as I'm just minimising loses. Two bathrooms, good size living room and kitchen, washing machine and drier, broadband. We have a cleaner also. 3 friendly housemates. Takes about 30 min to get into central London. Tesco 2 min away, plus lots of other shops and food places. Room is furnished and I will clear space for you. It's a top floor room so no noise from any upstairs people. As a sign of good will when you accept the place I will take a deposit and the balance of the first months rent can be payed a day or so before you move in and get keys etc. I will introduce you to at least one of the housemates so you have a contact and someone to pay rent to.
