Hi, I have a Large double room to rent (£500) with a free standing shelf and 2 build in wardrobes. Including Wi fi .

The location is 5 minutes walking distance from Goodmayes station (zone 4) which takes you to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes. There are excellent bus links towards Ilford, Romford and King George Hospital. Plenty of parking space around the development is available.

This flat has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom W/C and separate W/C. It is also fitted with a private intercom system.

I'm looking for a single female professional preferably. They need to be responsible, respectful and very clean. Currently there is only one other female in 3 bedroom flat.

If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place, viewing is highly recommended.
