**Lovely bedroom available in Gospel Oak shared house!**

Hello! We have a lovely bright double bedroom available in our 3-bedroom shared house in Gospel Oak from 1st May 2024. Please get in touch if you are interested :)

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a friendly, considerate, respectful and tidy new housemate to share and enjoy our cosy, peaceful home with :) We like to share dinner together sometimes or enjoy a nice cup of tea and chat, as well as being considerate of each others’ space. We’re looking for someone kind and mindful who will treat this home with as much love and care as us :)

**Please note we cannot accept: couples, people who work from home full time, pets.

The current housemates are:
Stella is 32 from Edinburgh and works full-time as an art therapist with children and young people in schools. She’s vegan and loves spending time in nature, yoga, mindfulness, running, visiting galleries and exhibitions, drawing, painting, ceramics..

Ludivine is 33 years old, she is from France and works full time as a nanny. She enjoys going to the gym, hot yoga classes, going to gigs, loves cooking and trying new restaurants. She loves spending her free time outside.

About the house + location:
The house is in Gospel Oak, 2 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath, on a quiet residential street a minute from Gospel Oak station. The double bedroom available is light, warm, quiet and fully furnished. It includes a small desk space.

The house is a bright and airy terraced property. It has a large, bright living room, with lots of plants :) This opens out onto a nice south facing garden with an apple tree and a pear tree! There is also a garden shed - ideal for storing bikes etc.

We have a big fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob and lots of storage. There is also plenty of storage space and a large utility room that adjoins the kitchen. The bathroom has both a shower and bath.

Location wise, we are ten minutes walk from Kentish Town gym and swimming pools, Tesco, the Co-op, Sainsbury's and M&S are also nearby. Other smaller local shops are close by as are the cafes and bars of Hampstead Heath village. We are so close to the Heath which is perfect for walks, runs, swimming in the ponds etc.

For travel, we are:
- One-ish minutes walk from Gospel Oak station.
- Ten-ish minutes walk from Belsize Park, Chalk Farm and Kentish Town Tube stations.
- There are also regular buses in and out of town (we are on a night bus route 214 and 24).

The rent + bills:
Currently £700 which includes all bills (Council Tax, electricity, gas, water, wireless Broadband). Our total bills are currently around £120 each per person but our energy bills are likely to increase during the winter months, with regular reviews and there may be changes to the cost of our other bills too - we will keep you updated with this :)
