I am leaving London at the end of May. This room has a contract ending on 12 October. I am looking for someone who can take this room for the duration of the four months (+) remaining on the contract (renewable).
The room is 145 per week. It's 20 min bike to Bloomsbury (central London, where sever University of London colleges are based). The house is in a quite, residential area close to Kentish Town (5 minutes cycle), and one minute from Gospel Oak Overground Stationand Hampstead Heath Park.
The house is fully furbished from room to kitchen; I will remove my property when you move in, but I will leave essentials (i. e. kitchenware, desk in the room, long-chair in the living room). We can discuss further any other details you may wish to have.
The house-share is with two young women, and we would prefer some clean and caring of the general house and each other's being.
