A room to rent in a two bed flat on a quiet residential street in Greenwich town, at the top of Royal Hill. The flat is a five minute walk from both Greenwich Station and Greenwich Park.

Rooms:
Bedroom with King sized bed, bedside locker and wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower/bath, hand basin, mirror and cabinet.
WC with toilet, hand basin and mirror.
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven & induction hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, small espresso machine and coffee grinder.
Living room with couch, smart TV and table.
Balcony with views of the city and Canary Wharf.
There is additional storage in the flat. There is also a locked storage unit in the buildings hallway that can be used for a bike.

Rent is £700, with all bills (inc council tax) coming to approximately £230. Happy to give a breakdown. 1Gb Fibre broadband by Virgin is also included.

There are cafes/pubs/corner shops/cheesemongers/butchers/fishmongers/grocers and a zero waste shop all within a few minutes walk. There is a small Sainsburys, a contactless Aldi and a Korean butchers within a five minute walk. Waitrose is a 15 minute walk away. Greenwich town centre is less than a ten minute walk away (Greenwich Market/the river/Cutty Sark/M&S Food). It's also around a 15 minute walk away from Deptford High St and Lewisham Station. New Cross is a short cycle away for easy access to the Overground and East London.

The bills noted above includes the cost of a weekly cleaner.

I'm looking for a friendly flatmate who enjoys exploring and going out for food and drinks in London, but who then likes coming home to a peaceful and clean flat. They must also be a good neighbour to others in the building. Happy to give personal space, but it's always nice to live with someone who enjoys chatting every now and then.
