Large double in relaxed flat

Hi there,

After a happy year together my flatmate Dan has moved closer to his work so his room is now back on the market.

The flat is a good size and well-located (18 minute cycle to Canary Wharf, or a 25 minute DLR/train to everywhere).

The room has a double bed and all the furnishings,

I’ve been here for 18 months and am generally relaxed — I work from home a few days a week but am out of London pretty often and otherwise do the usual early 30’s things of playing sport, cooking, and getting out and about.

The room is available from 1 June but flexible on either side.

Bills are approximately £120 each, including £60 each of council tax.
