Cosy, Clean Double Room In Greenwich

Hi,

We have a spare room in our flat which we are looking to rent out to a lodger for up to 6 months - the room is available from end of March/early April. Preferred move in date from the 2nd April after the Easter long weekend.

You'll be sharing the flat with me & my girlfriend. We are Australian (30) & Brazilian (32) and both work full time Mon-Fri. I work from home & my girlfriend works in the office 4-5 days per week.

We tend to keep to ourselves and spend most evenings chilling out in our room with our cat. And on the weekends we'll either be out with friends, having a friend over every now and then or just relaxing at home.

We are looking for someone who has a similar schedule to us, who is quiet, clean & tidy.

Greenwich station is 3 minutes walk away which is 10 minutes by train to London Bridge and 10 minutes by train to Canary Wharf. You'll also be a 10 minute walk from Cutty Sark & Greenwich park which is beautiful for a walk/run.
