Big double room in friendly Clapton house

We have a big double room available in our friendly Victorian house from 17th May. The room is an attic conversion so you'd have the top floor to yourself. The room is spacious, fully furnished and has lots of storage space. It gets loads of natural light and overlooks the garden.

The house itself is a big Victorian terrace spread over 6 floors, has two bathrooms, a living room, big kitchen/dining area, garden and a basement, which is handy for storage.

You’d be sharing with six other lovely and considerate people. We’re all sociable and get on really well, hang out having drinks and bbqs, but we're also respectful of each other’s space.

We’re in a really good area, the road is quiet and residential but Clapton Pond and Lower Clapton Road are at one end and Chatsworth Road and Millfields Park are at the other. We're really close to loads of good pubs, cafes and restaurants. Transport wise it’s really well connected, Clapton Pond is served by a million buses going all over London, and it’s a 15 min walk to Clapton and Homerton stations.

The monthly rent is £778.68 and the deposit is £785. Bills are around £80-100, less in summer, and includes a cleaner who comes weekly. The room is available from 17th May but the date can be flexible.
