Double room, shared living with a family

Hello!

We are a little family (Polly, Gervase and our 1-year-old) who like communal living, and we are looking for new housemates.

We'd like to find someone fun, sociable, likes being around small children, and interested in living in a group longer term. (You're not signing up for 20 years or anything but we probably won't be a good match if you're looking for something short term!)

The space:
Two double rooms in a 4-bed house in Hackney Central - one larger (£800 pcm) the other smaller (£650 pcm). You can rent one bedroom or both (eg if you are coming as a pair of friends).
There's a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, mezzanine living room and patio courtyard garden and everyone is free to use anywhere in the house of course.
It's got the usual utilities and comes furnished.

The vibe:
Friendly, relaxed and social.
We have friends over for dinner a lot, you'd be really welcome to do the same - we love to meet new people! We also like to share some meals and cooking as housemates. We are vegan but don't need you to be.
We also love a good house party, though now with a toddler in the house we tend to go more for daytime barbeques instead so it isn't the place to come for all night ragers.

We are looking for someone:
Friendly and sociable
Contributes to the house and likes to be around - if you tend to be out 90% of the time or generally stay in your bedroom when you're home it probably isn't the right kind of place for you.
Happy to live with a toddler! Your room is far from his so we wouldn't expect any sound to carry in the night (and he's a good sleeper), but in the daytime he's charging around and bashing things etc.
Interested in communal living.
