Flat share in Hackney

Hey! I’m looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in this 2 bed flat. The room will be available from mid-June; it has a double bed but otherwise unfurnished (it can fit a large chest of drawers and a rail for hanging clothes). If you’d like to see a video let me know ☺️

The flat is approx 5 minutes from Broadway Market and Victoria Park. The nearest tube is Bethnal Green (10 min walk) and the nearest overground is Cambridge Heath (5 minute walk).

My current housemate is moving out as she’s been lucky enough to buy her own place! I work from home 3 days a week so it would be great to have someone who works full time in the office to allow for space in the flat.

I’m 33, work in mental health and enjoy all the usual things! I enjoy a pint but this isn’t a party flat - quiet and clean is the vibe.

The rent shown doesn’t include bills, but they would be approximately;

Water; £19 a month
Gas/electric; £58
Internet; Virgin Media is the main provider for this area, our current contract runs out in June so we can discuss together which deal makes sense :)
Council tax; £62.50 a month
