Hello, I have two double rooms to rent inside my home in Hackney east London E8. The rooms are very comfy and one room furnished with a double wardrobe and the other room benefits a built in wardrobe. Bedroom one has a comfy double bed and bedroom 2 has a comfy king size bed. both beds come with additional under bed storage.
The flat is south facing so benefits from lots of natural light. Its very close to London Fields station and London fields park. As well as Haggerston station and Snake park being in close proximity to my place. The flat is a five minute walk from Broadway market which operates a street food market at weekends. (Very popular with locals and tourists).
In addition Shoreditch High street, renowned for its bustling night life, is around 15 minute walk from the house so there is always plenty to do in and around the area.
My wife and I, are looking for either students or working professionals (NO COUPLES) or two friends or work colleagues looking for a house share together. The successful candidates must be easy going, respectful, clean, and doesn't mind living landlords Please note there is no shared living room. (ROOM ONLY)
prospective renters will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher as well as all bills included and free Wifi. To move into our home we require a one month deposit that will not be refundable, however candidates will have the option to live out their deposits providing they give a 30 days notice period of intention to move out. As well as ONE month rent upfront. Total moving in cost will be £1700.
