One double bedroom in a beautiful Hackney home.

We have one double bedroom available to rent in our beautiful, light & spacious Hackney flat. My partner and I live in the flat, as well as one other tenant. There are three bedrooms in total.

We have two bathrooms so you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The prices include all bills (internet, council tax, water, gas & electric) & a cleaner once a fortnight.

The flat is large, spacious and light. It is conveniently situated 8 minutes walk from Homerton overground & a 10 min walk from Homerton Hospital. We have Chatsworth Road, Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes and the River Lea all in very close walking distance.

We are both self employed professionals (florist and musician), looking to find a tidy & clean flatmate who is equally as easy going and low maintenance!

We are looking for someone who would be able to rent the room for a minimum of 6 months with a view to extend if it is going well.

No parties or smoking in the house.
