Here's what you need to know
Available for 6 months: Starting in early June, with the option to extend for another 6 months!

Room options: Choose between a larger room at £940 per month or a smaller one at £895 per month (excluding bills, which are about £150)

Fine print: You'll take over my contract, and reimburse me my security deposit (~£1k), which you will get back from the agency at the end of the tenancy. Plus, you'll need to pass referencing with the landlord and bring your own mattress. Furniture can be discussed because I'm not sure yet what I will be taking.
