Double room with balcony in Hackney

Hello! I'm looking for someone to move into my lovely, spacious unfurnished bedroom in Hackney as I'm leaving to live with my boyfriend.

You'll be moving into a 4-bedroom flat, with the other bedrooms occupied by 3 lovely ladies.

The flat is situated in a prime location, just a 5 min walk from London Fields and Victoria Park, a 10 min walk to Broadway Market and Hackney Central, and about a 25 min walk to Bethnal Green (Central Line).

Overall, it has great transport connections including bus, tube, and overground.

Although there's no living room, the room itself is lovely and spacious. Please bear in mind that I have a king-size bed, that takes up quite a lot of space (as seen in pictures). A nice perk with this room is you'll have your own balcony!

Other perks include newly replaced windows, two lifts, and downstairs there's a gym where you can get a 50% discount on membership. They have all the equipment you need plus classes, and you'll be on the third floor, so noise won't be an issue.

There are currently ongoing building works with scaffolding still present from the winter window replacements, but this should be finalised by June.

Rent is £725 excluding bills. Gas and electricity typically come to about £39 each per month, wifi is £9, and council tax is £35.

You'll be living with Robyn, Alice, and Natasha.

Natasha and Robyn have been my flatmates here for years, and Alice just joined us in May.

The official move-in date is the 22nd June, but with flexibility to move in on the 16th.

Deposit is £800.
